Former Champions, Mike Forrester and Chris Leathers, finished strong with another win on September 25th, the last regular Friday night tournament of the season. Their total weight of 10.16 lbs included the big fish of the night, 3.67 lbs. Close on their heels with a big fish of 3.635 lbs and a total of 9.165 lbs was last week's winners, Team LoCAL (Jerrod Atkins, Justin Russell and Sam Hartzog). So with this final win Team Forrester, Leathers and Lewis grabbed third place in the Season Points Championship by one point over Team LoCAL. The Points Championship was hotly contested all summer with the Team Money, Zac Hall and Johnny Hill, prevailing in the final weeks over Paul Renda and Alex Smeraglia.
