Paul Renda and Alex Smeraglia (aka the Mountain Men) Won the Lake Purdy Classic on September 3rd capping a dominate season in 2021. They won a total of $1,704 for the season which works out to $7.06 per lb of fish caught this season. Former champions, Jeff England and Toney Marlow, also did well financially this season winning $7.18 per pound, The Wolfe Pack, Mike and Tyler Wolfe, finished second in the Classic and for the season collected $3.86 per pound. Dennis and Mike Falkner got third in the Classic and they also caught the Big Fish of the Night for their best pay day of the 2021 season.
